Return & Exchange Policy

At The Lush Studio, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully package all orders before shipment.

Plant Care Essentials & Liquids

Due to the nature of our plant care products, fertilizers, and liquids, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on these items.

Mossi-Poles

Refunds are available for Mossi-Poles within 15 days of purchase.

To begin a refund request, please email orders@thelushstudio.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) that must be included with your return package.

Return Conditions

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Items must be returned in their original condition.
• Returns sent without an approved Return Authorization Number may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your financial institution.
